  3. Please include a statement of how this award will allow you to excel in your academics and pursue your desired career trajectory. The statement must not exceed 800 words.
  4. Please upload a CV highlighting academic background and relevant work experience/career trajectory
  5. Budget: Please download attached template and complete the budget. Once complete, upload the budget worksheet here. NOTE: Once you’ve completed and uploaded your budget, if you want to make additional changes simply upload a new file with your changes. Your new file will replace the existing file, no need to delete the first upload.
  6. Supporting Documentation Upload - Upload copies of your receipts, invoices, proof of attendance, etc. here as ONE FILE combined. Do not email your supporting documents separately, no exceptions. Refer to the PDG Terms of Reference for allowable documentation.
